...The DrugBank database is a unique bioinformatics and cheminformatics resource that combines detailed drug (i.e. chemical, pharmacological and pharmaceutical) data with comprehensive drug target (i.e. sequence, structure, pathway) information. The database contains nearly 4100 drug entries including >700 FDA-approved small molecule drugs, 110 FDA-approved biotech (protein/peptide) drugs, >100 nutraceuticals and >3200 experimental drugs. Additionally, more than 15,000 protein (i.e. drug target) sequences are linked to these drug entries. Each DrugCard entry contains more than 80 data fields with half of the information being devoted to drug/chemical data and the other half devoted to drug target or protein data. ...

GreecegpDB: G-proteins and their interaction with GPCRs   http://bioinformatics2.biol.uoa.gr/gpDB/index.jsp  [ Edit ]  Site Reviews(0)
...GpDB is a publicly accessible, relational database of G-proteins and their interactions with GPCRs . The sequences are classified according to a hierarchy of different classes, families and sub-families, based on extensive literature search. The main innovation besides the classification of both G-proteins and GPCRs is the relational model of the database, describing the known coupling specificity of the GPCRs to their respective alpha subunit of G-proteins, a unique feature not available in any other database....

United StatesSurface Properties of INterfaces - Protein Protein Interfaces   http://trantor.bioc.columbia.edu/cgi-bin/SPIN/  [ Edit ]  Site Reviews(0)
...SPIN-PP is a database of all protein-protein interfaces present in the PDB. The program GRASP was used to create molecular surfaces of each half of all 2-chain complexes present in the PDB. A basic set of physico-chemical properties were then mapped on to these surfaces, which were then used to classify the interfaces into a surface property taxonomy. ...
